Please complete the order form and then
either post it with a cheque for the correct amount payable to Gratton & Oldridge to the address on the order form.
 Please note goods will only be sent once our bank has cleared your cheque. This may take up to 10 working days once the cheque has been banked.

If any item you want is not in stock we will email you then you may either change that item for another of equal value or cancel the order.

Delivery
Orders can only be accepted for delivery within the UK, for UK areas outside mainland UK please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for a price.
The price quoted includes postage and packing.
We will endeavour to send your order within 7 working days once your payment has been cleared through our bank account.
Orders are sent by the Royal Mail Standard Parcel Delivery which the Royal Mail aim to deliver within 5 working days.

Refund Policy
A full refund or replacement of goods will only be offered if the goods are substandard providing we are notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
