Weather - Show Postponements & Cancellations
Totnes Show has been postponed from 29th July and will now be on Sunday 26th August, in the same venue as last year.
North Devon Show (1st August) has been cancelled because of the condition of the field – such a shame with all that hard work wasted!
Bideford Farmers’ Market in the Park – there are 2 markets in Victoria Park this summer, the first one was on Saturday 14th July when the sun shone & although we were further in than expected because of waterlogged grass plenty of customers found us. The next one in Victoria Park will be on Saturday 8th September. All the rest are on the Quay from 9 – 2 as usual.
Mid Devon Show – We were unable to get a place at the show this year despite having been present at the show for many years, such a shame as this is our local show. We hope customers will take the trouble to find us elsewhere.
Postage price rise – We have put the price of our order package up by £3 as this is the huge price rise the Royal Mail has put on packages. We are looking into sending parcels by courier to see if we can lower this cost.
Exeter Farmers’ Market – We are no longer able to attend the Exeter Farmers’ Market, partly because they have put up the cost of the market and partly for family reasons. Thank you to all our customers for their support over the years we have been coming to Exeter. Our products can be found at the Real Food Shop in Paris Street ( look for the pink cow!). If there are items that they do not have in stock please ask as they update their products on a regular basis & have added more since they have adjusted the downstairs layout. Please keep buying our products and let us know if you have difficulty in finding them. Credition Farmers’ Market is the nearest market to Exeter & is now twice a month on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays.
